The package, called ‘Recipes of Love', will see a different, appropriate menu offered for those four types of lover. And, each customer will receive a light-hearted ‘Recipe for Love' guide, again geared to each individual type.
The ‘recipes of Love' package costs €185 for the night of February 14, and includes one night's accommodation in a room with balcony - to allow for a romantic view of the sunset; VIP treatment and romantic decoration in the room upon arrival; romantic dinner for two with an appropriately styled menu; buffet breakfast; free access to the resort's indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and gym; and a late check-out on February 15.
The multi-award-winning, family-owned Hotel Quinta da Marinha Resort - which opened in 1999 and was extensively remodelled in 2014 - is situated in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and is complemented by an outstanding Robert Trent Jones Snr-designed golf course, which dates from 1984.

So we thought we would formulate different menus tailored to each of the four types of lover: adventurous, romantic, traditional, and unpredictable.
"We've also got a few suggestions for each type of lover with regards to romantic gestures throughout the year - some serious, some not so - which will hopefully raise a smile. We got the ideas from speaking to the most romantic members of staff at the resort - several of whom have got together after meeting here."
